Point Lobos is near Monterey, so its not far from the Golden Gate, its just over an hour away from the SF Bay, but its in the Monterey Bay...

California can be confusing...but

Pretty landscape! Here one can see both gentle flowers and rough rocks, stormy sea and placid grand mountains. Attraction of contrasts, in a way :)

I was thinking about people living in SFO, but couldn't think of any on DA :p

I prefer the east coast, but as my gf is on the west coast for the moment... :)
